1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 7 days of product delivery. To be eligible for a return:

The product must be unused and in original condition.

It must be returned in the original packaging with all tags and labels intact.

A valid proof of purchase (order number/invoice) must be provided.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Customized or personalized jewelry

Items bought on clearance or during special sales

Products that show signs of wear or have been used

3. Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged or defective:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo/video proof.

We will offer a replacement or a full refund depending on the situation.

4. How to Initiate a Return

To return a product:

Email us at adyatrinkets@gmail.com with your order ID and reason for return.

Our team will review and provide return instructions within 24–48 hours.

Please ensure safe packaging of the item to avoid damage during transit.

5. Return Shipping Charges

If the return is due to our error (wrong item/damaged item), return shipping is free.

If the return is due to customer preference (change of mind, etc.), the customer will bear the return shipping cost.

6. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund will be processed.

Refunds are made to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.

You will receive a confirmation email once your refund is initiated.

7. Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different item, please return your product for a refund and place a new order.

8. Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled only within 6 hours of placing the order.

After the processing starts, the order cannot be canceled.

9. Incorrect Address / Delivery Failure

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping charges.

Please double-check your address before placing the order.
